Human Resource & Administration Unit

The Human Resource & Administration Unit provides strategic leadership in workforce management and organizational support to ensure the efficient delivery of the Board’s services. The Unit oversees recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee wellbeing while upholding public service values and standards.
In addition, the Unit manages administrative operations, facilities, and internal support services to promote a productive and professional work environment that enables the Board to effectively serve the iTaukei community.
